A 2-3 night minimum stay is required except for the Summer Season-Memorial Day through the First Weekend of August when there is 7 night minimum with check in on Saturday, check out the following Saturday.

Your modern kitchen has a beach view, high end cabinetry, and updated appliances. It is well equipped with pots and pans, dishes, flatware and drink ware so you can cook anything from a simple snack to a gourmet meal. Plenty of room for everyone to play games and eat together.

A parking permit is required for each vehicle. Parking Permits and property bands are issued by the front desk at Regency Towers. Guests are limited to 2 parking passes. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association.
