We had a great time at the beach. The location was perfect. We were traveling with an 6 month old baby and I emailed the owner 2-3 weeks prior to see if there was an early check in option. He didn’t respond. So, my daughter and her husband made other arrangements so they would arrive right at 4 pm with the baby. Unfortunately the housekeepers didn’t arrive until after 4:30 pm. We were notified by the owner at about 2 pm that they were running behind. We sat on the balcony while they “cleaned”, which only took about 45 minutes. So, as you can imagine, the condo wasn’t very clean. The baby who needed a bottle and a nap, so the additional time outside of the condo wasn’t ideal. The unit was as described, right on the beach with 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. There is no elevator, which wasn’t an issue for us, but you do climb three sets of stairs to get to the unit because of the 1st floor parking. The unit needed some general maintenance. Light bulbs needed to be replaced in several lamps. All of the tvs needed attention as everyone on tv was “green”. The outlet in the master bathroom didn’t work, so I had to use the downstairs half bath for drying and fixing my hair. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom was on low and couldn’t be adjusted and the one in the 2nd bedroom was stuck on high. We bought a “box fan” which helped.
