“Overall this was a great apartment in a very convenient location across from Balboa park and walking distance to a cool dog park and museums. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was awesome to be able to bring our dog. The check in process was easy. And because they own the entire building there is staff you can talk to during business hours, which is great in case of emergencies. Cons of the place were pretty minor, but I thought still worth mentioning. We checked in late at night and……

“We stayed here during a weekend trip to San Diego. The immediate area around the apartment building is still what might be considered an area "in transition," but when you get a block or two away it feels safe to walk around. Location is great for walkers -- we easily got down to Little Italy, Gaslamp Quarter, Embarcadero. And there's also breweries/restaurants within a mile of the unit. Getting in/out of the apartment was easy -- it's all keypad so no worries about keys. Worth noting that this……

“The apartment has everything we needed: a full kitchen, a living room with pullout couch, a bedroom and even a washing machine and dryer. And it's a walking distance to a grocery store, Gaslamp Quarter (about 15 minute walk) and the Convention Center (about 25 minute walk). Be prepared to see homeless on every corner and on the streets as you walk to/from the hotel from the Gaslamp or the convention center. The customer service/landlord was very accommodating and could be easily reached. ……

“Cozy home but realized it was much smaller than appears online photos . There is no kitchen counter and had trouble prepping food. If you don’t mind having limited space than this place is perfect for you. Host was good at responding. Neighborhood looks a bit sketchy with homeless people walking around (downtown area) but location is close to most common attractions. I wouldn’t recommend this is for families. ”

“Instructions provided to get access the property were very thorough and easy to follow. Property was portrayed exactly as it was. Very clean, roomy/spacious! Clean towels, plates, silverware dishwasher and even a laundry area! Which, having a 10 mo old baby we immediately put to good use! Parking was plentiful and had no issue finding a space in the lot next door. The only issue was the area/location. Lots of homeless all over, but this is a very minor gripe as the benefit is you're 5 min from……
