The location in a nice neighbourhood is convinient to reach Balboapark in a few minutes and downtown within 30 min walking distance or a 10 Uber ride. “Way too many homeless close by, pay for parking is confusing, bathrooms were missing items (tub stopper), kitchen didn't have any dish towels, ironing board and iron were broke, no trash cans outside and main bedroom TV systems was inadequate.”

The fridge and all the things you needed for a kitchen were there and bathrooms all clean. Explanation of the water filter and other things were clear and you could go over the road where there was a dollar store for anything else you may have forgot and some tasty options close by. “We had a wonderful time for a ladies trip/ birthday weekend. House was a great location in being close to sea world and gas light area. The private parking is in the back alley behind the house. The host had everything ready and all details to check in and codes were in the Vrbo app. Beds were comfortable and pillows and Blakey’s were a plenty. Wonderful memories. Highly recommend!!!”
