I did like the proximité of Asian markets and restaurants. What I didn't like the room was too small, absent of refrigerator, microwave. Be aware on summer the room has no Air Conditioner and no Fan.

However, we have not integrated them, but they are present in the breakfast room as well as the microwave. Regarding the air-conditioning, and for your information, we will be carrying out renovation work very shortly. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend für dieses Hotel. Das Familienzimmer ist gross mit einem super Badezimmer. Unbedingt empfehlenswert !

I stayed only 1 night . Walking in the room was smelly had to open the window after an hour for the smell to clear out . Room was painted with dark brown and had no lightning. The tv and plugs were not working so couldn't charge my phone in my room . They were doing some work above me and its started at 8am with some bangs and noises .

Staff was nice upon arrival and accommodating but the actual bedroom smelled funny and the bathroom (shower) was moldy. Not good for more than 1 night stay.

Good location in asian neighbourhood
I was attending a conference in VilleJuif and as the Metro was on strike, wanted to be able to walk to the city centre and the conference in a reasonable time. This worked well and it is close to the terminus of Line 14 which is automated so no strikes! Pleasant hotel with helpful staff. Small room but OK for one person, limited choice for breakfast but nice bread. Many Asian restaurants nearby

Hôtel bien situé et propre. Les chambres ne font pas très bien insonorisées, mais c’est partout pareil à Paris. Ascenseur en panne durant tout le séjour. Avec des bagages, ça devient vite moins agréable. Tout le reste est convenable.

Das Hotel ist okay für ein oder zwei Nächte. Es ist in der Nähe der U-Bahn. Einfache Zimmer, relativ bequeme Betten und eine saubere Dusche. Der Service durch die Rezeption ist erstklassig. Freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Uns hat es hier sehr gefallen, die Zimmer sind etwas klein was aber für Paris normal ist. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden. Sauber war es auch im Zimmer und im Bad. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist ausreichend wer es süß mag. Es gibt Metrostationen in der Nähe und viele Restaurants und Shopping Möglichkeiten. Obwohl das Zimmer zur Hauptstraße liegt ist kein Straßenlärm im Zimmer zu hören. Die Fenster schließen gut dicht.
