“This is a very clean and quiet property. It has easy access. It was easy to find. There are plenty of stores, fast food restaurants, drug stores, grocery stores, & gas stations within 1-4 miles of this rental. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, & a keurig coffee maker. I can’t think of anything that could’ve been done to make our stay better. We will definitely consider this rental first for future stays. ”

“The location is good, off Carrollton and close to Veterans and I-10. The unit is just the right size for one or two people and the furnishings work perfectly with the unit’s design. Very clean too, with nice neighbors!”

“Stayed at Ronell's place for a 8 night business trip with my spouse. Convenient to everything needed for a short rental. Coffee shops, restaurants, grocery store all walking distance. Othe reviews stated parking was a issue. It was NOT for me all week. Once or twice had to park maybe 2 houses down but a short walk is good for the soul. The washer and dryer are working and located in the unit.Owner is improving the rental with landscaping and upgrades. Furniture is new and beds are...
