“We are always returning customers to these little chateaus and have never had trouble. This time, the bedding hadn’t been washed and had pet hair all over both couches. The cups on the counter had spider webs on them and the floors hadn’t been swept or mopped. The power went out at 10:30am and didn’t come back on until 8:30pm. “The host was great and responsive, however the units just need some TLC. One unit had not been cleaned. It smelled of cigarette smoke and one of the bed’s linens had not been washed. Cleaning services came out to replace the sheets within 30 minutes, so that was good. But the smoke smell was bad enough that I went to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies and fabric febreeze to make it through the night. The other unit we stayed in did not have any odors but could have used a cleaning as well. ”
