An independent house within an acre plot, very close to the Hospital and the University of Rio, 15' on foot. The beach is located at 800m where you can enjoy your swim, coffee and food in one of the many shops!
The space
Spacious, bright ground floor house of 65sq.m. in a quiet and family environment with nice garden. There is one bedroom with double bed and A\C, one bathroom with shower, kitchen with all necessary electrical appliances( fridge, stovetop, kettle, coffee maker, toaster) dishes and cooking utensils .
The living room includes a comfortable dining table, two sofas where two people can sleep, coffee table , smart tv, A\C. Free and unlimited wifi internet. Fresh sheets and towels are included.
Within the plot there are two houses, where one is inhabited by the owners.
Guest access
The suburban railway is a 5-minute walk away, where you can go to the center of Patras easily and quickly. In a short distance there is a market with bakeries, super market, etc.
