“We were impressed with the attention to detail by the hosts. From exact directions, to leaving the lights on for a very late arrival, to chocolates, fresh flowers & champagne awaiting us, to complete "Welcome" notebook we felt taken care of! “Super cozy stay, had everything we needed. Perfect location, not too far from town but far enough to feel like a nice getaway. Our doggies loved it too and it even had a small dog run they could use. Although it’s right next to the main house, the entrance and deck are on the other side so it felt private and comfortable. We appreciated the details and paintings throughout the guest house. Will definitely come back when we’re in this area again.”

“The location is within walking distance of Cottonwood's old downtown with restaurants, etc., and half an hour from the maddening traffic of Sedona. The place is a stand-alone behind a main house, and thus quiet. It was clean, well-appointed and spacious. There were some wifi problems but the manager promised to fix this.”

“We needed a pet friendly base to explore Prescott. Nice fenced patio area. Well stocked kitchen, clean, with comfy bed. Quiet neighborhood downtown with walking distance to pet friendly restaurants and courthouse square. Only complaint is the “Victorian theme” and small space did not have reasonable and comfortable seating for reading and TV watching. Could use a chair upgrade.”

“The furnace in the house is loud when it kicks on throughout the night. You can hear the traffic outside. The smell in the house has a stale, musty, old house smell. Location was good though as it is walkable to downtown.”
