"It was a bit tricky to find since it is hidden behind a hotel. Google maps took us to the right parking lot (Waterfront Inn) - just go all the way to the back. If you like the natural wood look, you will love this cabin. Just about perfect but missing some little details like wall hooks in bathroom/bedroom, a broom for sand on the porch, etc. Easy walk to Arnold ferry and downtown shops. Unexpected cons - space is private but very close to adjacent properties, highway noise isn't loud but audible, boggy area so it means bugs abound. "

"I stayed at Ironwood with my college-bound son for our last trip before taking him to Michigan State University. The house was beautiful. We took day trips to downtown Harbor Springs and Petoskey, and at night we sat by the fire pit chatting and stargazing. The whole trip was relaxing for both of us. It was the perfect end of summer vacation. We will be back!"
