Clean basic accommodation, quiet place ( although you can hear a tv from the next room) . Don’t expect anything fancy, but it is clean and everything works.

Great location fire exploring the forests. My room was large, bed was clean& comfortable and had great facilities fitter a traveller. Checking in and out was exceptionally easy (thanks for the lemon). However the room and was dated in terms of decor. I am guessing renovation maybe be going on as a neighbouring room looked like renovation guys were in as i checked out. A great value for money motel, i would go back.

Husband and I enjoyed the relaxed friendly attitude of staff. Made us feel we would like to return to the Motel. The obvious efforts to the upgrading deserves appreciation. Rome wasnt rebuilt in one day, so well done! and thank you for an affordable, much needed break away from the mad urban life.

Paper thin walls between rooms. We were able to hear the next rooms tv and occupants snoring. But all in all, ok for the price.

Last minute booking for a Friday night it was not expensive.We didn't get to see anyone in office on check in and out. The door didn't lock and the TV reception was bad but no one around to help.

The property is nice however the walls are paper thin and the guests next to me were enjoying themselves well passed midnight, with one under the influence banging on my door requesting help to call the police because he dropped a phone on his face. Unfortunately like all accomodation, the place is only as good as its guests I suppose. In hindsight I should have rung management at the time to deal with the problem, but instead sent a text the next day writing about my concerns on behalf of the other guests staying at there at the moment.

We weren’t made aware of no dining for dinner or breakfast. Expected to wash dishes in hand basin or receive a $20 fine. While I don’t mind washing dishes I feel another sink would be more appropriate. Than washing next to the toilet

Good location, nice and clean, with convenient parking. The room I stayed in had been refurbished and was quite comfortable, but the room my friend stayed in had an old and uncomfortably soft mattress, as well as a sliding door that seemed like it was about to stop working.

Staff were very proactive offering assistance when I was late for check-in. The motel is convenient for exploring the Southern Forests around Pemberton but is very dated and needs work. Thankfully most of the issues can easily be fixed: the main sliding door to the room did not lock properly, carpet was stained, TV was not plugged into aerial or power properly, one of the bedside lights had no lightbulb in it, hot water took ages to come on. I still had a good night's sleep and felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. For the price it is good value that can only be improved with minor works.

Main door room 9 didn't latch or lock. No towel rails. No glasses. Could hear every word from room 8 like they were in room. No indoor table and only one chair. No bedside table on righthand side of bed. Bed was comfortable.
