Your vacation begins with this beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit without a pool between this building and the beach so you can enjoy the luxury of a full view of the Gulf of Mexico while still having easy access to all the amenities. The master suite features a King size bed with a gorgeous view of the Gulf, sliding glass door to the beach facing balcony, and a walk-in shower in the attached bathroom. Two full-sized beds in the guest bedroom make it well equipped for all the children to sleep comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen featuring beautiful granite counter-tops is the perfect place for the chef of the family to prepare a wonderful seafood meal. The dining room seats 6 at the table and 2 more at the breakfast bar. Besides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico and easy access to the private balcony, the living room also offers upgraded furniture and plantation shutters. All units include cable, WIFI, and full size washer and dryer. The property offers 800 feet of private beach, 2 pools, hot tub, full size tennis/pickleball court, fitness center, grill and picnic areas, and private parking in the gated community. No smoking or pets allowed.
