“The airport Shuttle did not exist. There is no heat in the rooms except a space heater, which didn’t work for two nights. The one night I ate at the restaurant my food seems like it was heated up in the microwave. While on other nights I saw people eating what looked like very nicely prepared meals. The staff was great and very friendly. We switched rooms, which was a very smart move because the original bathroom faucet and shower were barely functional.
