“My friend and I stayed in the Cardinal suit. This is the perfect location to explore Harpers Ferry from. We were able to walk around the area from the Guest House fairly easily. The hills are quite a workout, but the different cafes and restaurants in the town create the perfect rest opportunity before pressing with exploring the historical sites. It was an easy process to check in and out. I overall a very nice weekend.”

The farm property with the 18th century home, outbuildings, cattle and neighborhood for walking, afforded us time for truly enjoying our time together. “My friends and I had an excellent stay at this property, it was the perfect size for 3 adults and very quaint and private. I will say that the listing says that it is 8.8 miles from Leesburg VA (which is where my friends and I were visiting) but that is not entirely accurate- there IS a ferry you can take across that maybe makes that number true but if you are an out of towner and are planning on just driving GPS style it ACTUALLY takes about 25-30 minutes to drive into town. Wasn’t a deal...

“We had an excellent 4-night stay at Rachelle and Don's cabin. They were good communicators and eager to please. The cabin was clean, cozy and comfortable with a modern vibe. We loved how quiet it was. The large elevated deck overlooking the woods was great for enjoying our morning coffee and having dinner and a drink. It's close to local hiking and not far from a nice small town and Shenandoah National Park, etc. We would definitely recommended this cabin (and we'll be back).”
