We stayed at the Dinsmore Boutique Inn for one night on a recent trip to Virginia. It’s a beautiful historic building. Before check in we were contacted by the host, Jake and he was then around to welcome us when we arrived. He showed us around and gave us recommendations of where to visit and places to eat. We were staying in the Library Loft - a truly beautiful and quirky room on two levels. The bed was enormous and extremely comfortable with luxurious bedding. We both had a wonderful night's sleep. An al-a-cart breakfast was included at the hotel's Farm Bell restaurant which was delicious. The only comment we have is that we were unable to make a hot drink in our room (bottles of water were provided). I love to have a cup of tea when I wake up and I had to wait until breakfast! Staying at this hotel was a highlight of our trip and we wished we had been able to stay longer. We would highly recommend the Dinsmore if you need somewhere to stay in Charlottesville.
