Near Mayo This beautiful house can sleep up to 6 in the bedrooms and even more with inflatable mattresses. It has been remodeled and nearly everything is new. Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, pool, grass for pets, golf, shopping & restaurants are just down the road! There are 2 grocery stores within a mile of the house - Fry's & Safeway. The house has a 2-car garage along with streaming TV. We have provided all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable - Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, cookie sheets, utensils, grill, smoker, wine opener, can opener and more! The pool has a heater and is subject to a $300 heater usage fee to fill the propane tank, if you want the pool heated. Refills are the responsibility of the guest. If you don't want the heater, you are free to use the pool at no charge. We do accept pets and there is a $100 non-refundable pet fee. Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture. Our calendars are ALWAYS up to date, so if it shows available for your dates you are good to go. Located in a really nice neighborhood close to lots of restaurants, stores, great hiking spots. We didn’t use it, but has a nice pool in the backyard. There’s a great patio out back too which was great to enjoy breakfast or to just relax.
