Horrible place to stay/DO NOT STAY HERE
My first room was horrible, the overwhelming smells of cigarettes made my allergies act up. The website stated "non smoking". Since my child has a condition, I was under the assumption that it wouldn't smell or reek of cigarettes. The hand rail for the upstairs was not even secure, when you touched it, it wiggled. The shower upstairs wouldn't turn off, it contained to leak even when fully turned off. There were multiple cigarette burns everywhere in the room. Wholes in the walls and on the stairscase. I wouldn't let my child walk barefoot on the floor. I complained and was placed in another room.It didn't smell like smoke, but it wasn't much better. I contacted the owner/manager on this app and they requested photos. I sent them to the number provided and all they could say was, "sorry for the inconvenience". There are multiple people that look shady and I was afraid to leave anything of value in my vehicle. I wanted to leave as soon as we got there but I had events early every morning, so I just delt with it. My family and I left a day early because I couldn't feel at peace here. It is a horrible place to stay. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! It is nothing like the photos. The pool has algae growing in it, the fwy is literally right next to it. This place needs to be shut down and renovated ASAP. I wanted a refund for leaving a day early and I wasn't even given that. Do yourself a favor and save your money, I repeat "do not stay here". .
