“First, Georgia (homeowner) was outstanding with communication. Quick and clear responses to any questions. Second, the house was clean and convenient in a great location on the lake. The 2nd floor screened in deck with fans was where we spent most of our time playing games, eating and relaxing. We rented a boat from Georgia and she made it very convenient (offered to drop it off at our dock). 5 stars all around.”

“We came for a weekend trip to go to the Oyster & Wine Festival in Charlotte and found this cute cottage on Lake Wylie to stay at. The house sits at the end of a street with very nice homes on either side. The parking area is circular which was nice since we had 2 vehicles with us. The home itself is nice and cozy, has a "lake vibe", was clean and had plenty of kitchen things and a coffee maker. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. We visited Camp North End, Freedom Park, Concord Mills Mall and just enjoyed playing waffle ball in the backyard. Our property host was very kind and attentive.
