Quiet, lovely, and super convenient!!
We wanted a quiet place to stay with our senior dog that was convenient to UNC Charlotte botanical gardens and how lucky we feel to have found this get away! The house was perfect with a beautiful backyard and nestled into a quiet neighborhood, lovely for evening post dinner walks. There was an issue with getting in with the door code but was easily resolved in less than five minutes! We also found a concern with a broken item and the host was grateful we made them aware. I cannot speak more highly of this lovely house and we will absolutely be back with our parents and siblings because it is exactly what is desired when on vacation. Quiet, beautiful, and warm. Felt just like staying in a friends home!

Nice house with good space. Only complaint: twin beds were very hard. Other rooms/fine.
Would recommend 3-4 inch mattress pads on twin beds. A toaster for the kitchen would be nice. Property was nice and was in a pretty neighborhood.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is a very nice space for the 3 adults. Most everything we needed was provided. The large window in the front main room really needs a window covering - felt exposed. Some instructions regarding functions of the house would be helpful - like the dishwasher has a switch on the wall (took forever to figure out why the DW wouldn't work). TV in primary bedroom was useless - no remote could be found and it wasn't connected to cable or streaming.

Comfy and Peaceful
We really enjoyed staying at this house! We loved the shabby chic, eclectic decorations, the huge well-stocked kitchen, and the fenced-in back yard for our dog. We only used the master bedroom and bathroom since it was just my husband and I. The king-size bed was SO cozy, and the bathroom was huge and beautifully finished. The neighborhood was super quiet, and we hardly saw any people out and about. Our daughter lives nearby, so we visited her often. Reedy Creek Park is only about 10 minutes away, so we made a few trips there to go walking and enjoy nature. We ordered carry-outs from a few local restaurants (pizza, burgers, and seafood) - all of it was excellent! Our only teeny-tiny complaint would be that we couldn't find a toaster in the kitchen - but no biggy, we improvised. If we come in town again with our dog, we will definitely consider this house again.

Wonderful stay in Charlotte
This house was very comfortable, large enough for us and kids. We had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, soft sheets and cozy living room. We were there for a wedding so the huge mirror came in very handy! Communication with property manager was excellent. Will definitely stay here again!
