“Room is clean and big Rooms have a fridge and microwave but sone of the rooms freezers do not have a door to close freezer We wound up switching rooms and new room was good Facility under renovation and needs it Hotel on busy road with plenty of restaurants and a Walmart across the street It’s ok for an overnight stay there is a best western next to it ”

“My partner and I went are from Connecticut and came to NC to visit family for a brief time and we came in April 11 to the 13th 2026 and the Red Roof inn we stayed in, wasn't the best place to be at. The location of the motel isn't the best or well thought out. The 'Exit' where the office is for the motel is only way to get in or out as far as we saw. We were in room 108 on the bottom floor behind the motel. We have 2 Weiner dogs and there are areas to take them potty but they are small areas.……

“I just entered my room—the door wasn't locked, and there was no shower gel left, which put me in a very awkward position.”

“The room was clean, staff were friendlly, what there was of it. Did not use business center, too cold to use pool. We chose this hotel because it advertised a restaurant, arcade for kids and hot breakfast. Hot breakfast was next door at the Hampton but good. Arcade was a pool table (nothing for younger kids) and no restaurant; also no room service, no information of any kind in the room, and the bar was closed Friday through Monday morning. No one at guest services at night, just the hotel……
