"We are regular/returning guests. Hotel front desk staff accommodtated our early check-in request. Hottel is just across Union Square ( Powell and Post ) 5-minutes walk to Powell station. 10- minute walk to Chinatown gate. "

"The room was very comfortable and spacious. The hotel is very centrally located. We very much enjoyed our stay!"

"Was fine. I especially liked location since I have a knee that bothers me some. Area was flat and near attractions I was interested in. My only complaint is that the breakfast area on the weekend was super busy. Not enough seating. One of the coffee machines & one of the pancake machines was broken. Food needed to be replenished. Staff didn’t seem attentive. Much better on a week day."
