“I spent a month here for work—the apartment was very livable, especially for me as just one person. The location is amazing, Solano Avenue has everything you could want within walking distance, and overall the neighborhood has a really charming/quaint/safe vibe. I thought the apartment could have been cleaner when I checked in (spider webs, lots of accumulated random stuff in the drawers like old smoke detectors and batteries and stuff), but overall the place was super thoughtfully and……

“Arrived 10PM and left early AM although booked 3days. Dirty, smelly not maintained. broken walls, bed etc. Do not book”

The unit was very comfortable, quiet and ideal size for the two of us. We would definitely return and recommend to others. Brad and his team were very responsive and easy to work with. “Nancy is very friendly and easy to communicate with. She is a wonderful host. We greatly enjoyed our stay in this truly beautiful home in a gorgeous setting. There was no problem parking and the stairs were easy to navigate. The pullout sofa bed is very comfortable and so is the bed in the bedroom. The tiles in the bathroom are absolutely beautiful. There is also a long deck that runs the length of the suite. We would definitely stay there again. ”

“Listing lies about the parking -- there is none. You have to squeeze your way into the driveway past a parked car that leaves about a foot of space to lift your heavy bags over.. The key lockbox is confusing and hard to use with arthritic fingers. There's a handicap accessible sign on the gate but this is a joke because of the car blocking it. Place smells bad too, like cheap deodorant. Cute enough in a basic kind of way. Could use more blankets”
