“All'arrivo non abbiamo trovato nessuno per il check in e quando ci siamo resi conto che la struttura aveva appena riaperto da una lunga chiusura abbiamo cercato di entrare in empatia con il titolare... impossibile! “We stayed at the appartment for 3 weeks and really enjoyed our stay. The area is clean, quiet and safe. We really liked the shared bikes to get around Arco's nice bike paths. The appartment is well equipped and a really good deal for the money.The parking is in the street, but there was always one available at a small walking distance.”

“The apartment was a bit outdated, not like in the picture. There was everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen and the apartment was tidy and spacious. No AC. Nice large balcony with the view to the mountains. Location was a few kilometers from the city center, a bit far to walk there several times a day, but we rented bicycles, so the distance was not a problem.”

“Perfect spot for our family to participate in Xterra. Right across the road from race area by yhe beach. We wanted a spot with kitchen and washing machine. Drying rack provided in each room.
We like independence, so not the place for you if you prefer a concierge type of stay. Grocery store is a block away. Great views of mountains. ”
