“Great and quiet location. Easy access to public transportation. The place is clean, communication with manager is easy and prompt. I'd suggest a little more warmth to the home, such as rugs, mirrors, plants as well as more hangers and benches in the bedrooms so we can place clothes and miscellaneous stuff at an easy reach! Also, the description says there's a futon couch in the living room, but actually it is just a sectional couch with unremovable cushions, which isn't perfect for comfort....

“This property met our needs. We appreciated that we were allowed to bring our dog and everything we needed to do was conveniently located. It was a quick weekend so we didn’t have a lot of time to just hang out in the cottage. Our overall impression with it was kind of cute and funky, but could have been a little cleaner.”

We walked to Trader Joe’s for food to have on hand and loved drinking our coffee on the patio before starting our busy days in Berkeley. Easy street parking. “I didn't arrive to the property until after 8pm. Being able to park in the tiny driveway was nice. The instructions were very clear, which was a plus. Once inside everything was as it appears in the photos. Note that check-in time is an hour later and check-out is an hour earlier than most places. My only real issue was that I was charged for the full rate at booking, and two days before my arrival a pre-authorization hold for more than the rental fees was made as well.”

Check in went smooth, host was easily accessible if needed and the home felt safe and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. We had a great trip to San Francisco! Parking worked great there was plenty of beds and restrooms!❤️ I would recommend this property to anyone needing a place to stay in El Cerrito.”

“Clean, quiet, well-apportioned space. Be prepared to bring ALL of your own amenities including your own towels, soap/shampoo, flat sheet, hair dryer, coffee maker, cooking tools (there is no stove/oven, only a microwave), dishes/utensils (if need more than three sets of utensils, three plates and two mugs), paper towels, toilet paper (if need more than one roll).”

“Great place to stay. Centrally located to lots of Bay Area places of interest, such as San Francisco and Napa. Very much appreciated the quick reply and communication with the host. Very easy and responsive to messages. Laundry, grill, outdoor space also available. Parking can be somewhat limited so worst case scenario would be a nice walk if needed. Host was very accommodating for an early check in as well given my early flight. My only suggestion would be to make the entry gate on the side of...
