“We walked around the harbor a bit before finding the boat. Glad the hosts were so responsive! The boat is outfitted with everything you need. Bathroom is tiny but entirely functional (instructions for toilet and shower could be included with the check-in information in the future, to have it up front). Beds are delightfully cozy. We enjoyed the night view from the top of the boat. Easy walk to lots of restaurants. It was a cool enough night that we opened the windows and enjoyed fresh air all...

“I rented the boat for the weekend. I showed up at the destination to find no boat. I contacted the owner throug messaging with no response. After being on hold with expedia for over an hour the owner contacted me. He stated he did not even get my reservation. I was sent to another location to where the boat was. It was dirty. Literally garbage and cups and a used huka left behind from previous guests. I was told i would receive a refund which i did not. I highly recommend to not rent this place...

“I never got to check in. They moved the boat to another location and never told me till the day of. Jeffrey never called back. Never communicated. I got a refund from vrbo. Never rent from these people. They should be delisted”

“Very pleasant. Roomy, clean, well equipped. Neighborhood somewhat run down. On south side of city while tourist sites are on North side. We used Uber a lot. Overall nice stay. Thank you.”

“If you are looking for a room with a view, this is not your place. If you want a very comfortable bed, a hot shower, and a place to rest after a long day, this is as good as any. If you want your money to go toward a lady with young kids instead of a mega millionaire, stay here. This is in the southern suburbs of Boston. Not handicapped accessible because you have to go down 4 steps. ”

“The entire downstairs of the house is at your disposal. Super modern, clean, all amenities available. The host, Jennifer, is charming and pleasant and super helpful. The only "issue" (and I state this in very slight terms) was gaining access with the touch lock...didnt know exactly how to use it and had to disturb the host to show us (late arrival). Definitely would stay here again !!!”
