Terrible in cleanliness. Smells like old wood. Doors don’t open/close properly. Some staff members are okay but not up to the mark. Others are terrible, one particular staff member is not polite or friendly. Parking is terrible. Overall, they need to tear down entire building and reconstruct.

I stayed for 10 days and as soon as I walked in I the musty smell that’s in the hall ways and my room was terrible. The room phone was not working and I reported it because it’s the most efficient way to connect with front desk and this was never taken care of. I ran out of the body wash thats provided by the hotel in its dispensers. I requested for replacement of the soap and It took 4 days of me asking for it daily and finally it was changed on the 4th day. And this is just an FYI: Not having free breakfast is very inconvenient specially if your staying for so many days. That’s all

I had a wonderful 7-day stay, and wish every hotel had the comfort and convenience of this Holiday Inn and its location! The bed was comfortable, the AC wasn't loud, even the desk chair was comfortable to work! The lobby is welcoming, has coffee and water, and the staff are very nice, and helpful! The gym even was maintained - enough space for stretching, treadmill, elliptical, bike and weights. The room even has windows!! There is a beautiful outdoor shopping mall right across the street with fantastic restaurants - seafood, steak, Italian, a coffee shop like a library - and shopping! It's also 10 min away from the T! This one is a lucky strike for me.

The signage for the highway entrance to the hotel is very Poor. There are no visible Holiday Signs for entrance from highway. Street sign on gps is not visible at night. I drove multiple times past the entranceway - which led to a 5 to 10 minutes detour. Access to parking lot is very "bumpy".

Staff were friendly, room was clean, lots of parking but be mindful that when booking breakfast may say it’s included but when you get there they will tell you it’s not and try to charge you $14.99 per person for a small buffet of a few options. All staff I interacted with were helpful and pleasant, and accommodated a late check in, but at the price I paid per night I was very disappointed to not be able to have a fruit cup and a boiled egg at the least before heading out for the day.

We love this hotel. Location is great! Service is always with a smile and customer first attitude. They are still repairing the pool area from a snow roof collapse but other than that all is as advertised. Our room was quiet, comfortable and "home" for us. It was very clean. Myhusband works in a hotel too so we are picky where we stay. This is our 3rd stayat this location. Everything is within walking distance. Entertainment, public transport, groceries, pharmacy, movie theater, bowling and medical care.
