"Very private location at the end of a dead end. I wiped out the fridge and sink because it was alittle dirty. There was dirt on the bottom bunk from whoever made the bed stepped there so we just dusted it off. We just needed a place to sleep before riding the ohv trails the next morning, so it was perfect for that. We couldnt figure out how to keep both ACs on but that was fine as well. Upon our arrival the master bathroom had not been cleaned and there was left over trash in several areas from previous guest. We were creditied 50 dollars for this. If you are cooking be advised to bring items to cook with. The property is not on the lake and the owner's ATV must be rented to drive through the hilly, muddy, narrow wooded path to get to the dock. "Very nice place to stay. The house was clean, had nice amenities (good Wi-Fi, AC, full kitchen), and was in a great location. I do have to agree with another review that the downstairs futon was unusable as a bed. As far as comfort, we had four adults and that seemed the right size for the house. In my opinion, any more people would have made the house feel too crowded."

"Very nice waterfront residence. While the description of the rental indicates there are three bathrooms. it would be better if all three bathrooms had showers available. The 3rd floor bathroom has only a bathtub and no curtains for privacy. The second floor screen porch might not be safe for kids @ 2 years old. There are no ballusters installed, so the only thing between a toddler and an potential 8-10 foot fall, is the installed screen."
