“Wouldn't stay again ”

“First of all, the front desk and the valet staff were exceptionally helpful and gracious. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and excited to be there. And as soon as we got to the room we realized just how old the hotel itself must be. There's barely a flat surface, a plumb wall or floor in the building. We had a spacious balcony that was virtually unusable -- the floor was so slanted it felt like you were going to slide off. The railing was wobbly (we were on the 5th floor), and the……

“The pool was close but I enjoyed the gym and the breakfast, the room was a little bit cold the temperature was kinda of hard to adjust. Room was clean staff was very nice and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay there. Thank you so very much.”

“I’m a frequent traveler to the Hyatt Augusta and every time I come I have a marvelous time. Staff is wonderful, shout out to David he made the first day of my trip so seamless. Rooms are always so clean, and spacious. I feel safe as a solo female traveling. Parking this time around was tricky because of the construction taking up parking spots outside. Other than that my trip was wonderful, and I will be back soon.”

“The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”
