“Cottage was small but cute and comfortable. Perfect for 2-4 people. It is perfect location for shopping, restaurants and the ferry, and very easy to get around the area but in a very quiet area so great to relax. May be a bit more hectic during summer but everything was very accessible and close. Lovely view from deck. Wish there was easier access to the water other than the dock but very marshy and overgrown so no access but still nice to view from the deck and dock. Would consider a return...

The beach was a 5 minute drive away. The hostess was so attentive to every text I sent. She also left us multiple treats for the adults and my son. A fantastic way to finish up the summer. We would go back in a heartbeat!”

“We came for our daughter’s graduation and the location was perfect for us as she lives 15 minutes walking from the cottage. The cottage is clean and has everything we needed. Walking to the beach was wonderful, we walked to the coffee shop and the restaurants. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. It is a very comfortable space, and yes, the bathroom is small, but it is functional and everything is there. Also, it’s priced fair. I will definitely book again if we come back. “Lovely place for a week-end getaway ! We enjoyed the calm and privacy of the property. Minutes from downtown Newport, but away from the crowd. Lori was very attentive to our needs, and helped book a great restaurant. The only thing I would improve is to get a small microwave for the cottage, warming up food on the stovetop was not the best... Otherwise , great experience , would visit again !”

“I needed to book a place for my family to stay when I had them over for Thanksgiving dinner. The 50s cottage was clean and adorable. Comfortable as well. We did have a hard time figuring out the door code system. (It may have been us old folks) Other than that everything was great!”

“Location was great, and the space had everything we needed! My only complaint is the cleanliness. The bedspread and floor mats were pretty dirty, you could tell they were just vacuumed and not washed between guests. The towels also smelled mildewy, they were washed but maybe not dried properly.”
