As a solo female traveler this hotel and this small town, I never once felt unsafe. Caterina is absolutely wonderful and such a sweet soul. The room was meticulously clean, beautifully decorated and modern, with extremely comfortable beds and pillows. It’s right in the city center around the corner for countless restaurants and the beach. Everyone I came across in Polignano a Mare is very friendly. Overall I’d come back in a heartbeat.

This was a fantastic stay. Starting up, this place is located inside the old city, so you enter the beautiful city gate to get to the residence, its a great feeling! Also this place is not very far from the train station. The staff is extremely friendly and they contacted me on the check-in day to get the arrival time. I arrived earlier than my check-in time & the staff helped me check-in earlier as well. She also enquired around & recommended with activities in the city. The room was very spacious and had an air conditioner. The room was beautiful, I cannot describe how nice and great the room was. The bathroom is clean and big. They had house slippers and essential toiletries. And the view from the roof terrace is really breathtaking. 10/10 stay . Definitely recommend this place!

This is a unique property. We stayed in room 2, on the ground floor and the room was one of a kind and amazing, I would stay there again! Everything - beach, shopping, restaurants, cafes - are walkable and the front desk while not 24/7 was always available on WhasApp. The parking is a bit tricky as it’s not possible to park nearby. we had to park about a kilometer away in an underground parking garage. The transfer is free and readily available, so the parking overall actually was super easy.

Mysigt o fräscht litet hotel

Ett mysigt litet hotel precis innan för porten till den gamla stadsdelen. Väldigt fräsch och snyggt. Bra storlek. Väldigt bra service. Pigg tjej som tog hand om oss och fixade bl.a skjuts åt oss till samlingspunkten för en båt utflykt. Hon kommunicerade via WhatsUp vilken var mycket smidigare än via email. De hjälper till med garageparkering för 20€ dagen o fixar schutle fram o tillbaka. Enda nackdelen för just vårt rum var att rummet ligger precis i gatuplan med en enkel glasdörr in från gågatan vilken kan vara störande på natten när folk går förbi och tjoar. Men tror att det endast gäller detta rum. Finns en fin takterrass med härlig utsikt. Kommer gärna tillbaka❣️

I actually booked this property last minute for our stay in Polignano a Mare and I am so glad I did. The cleanliness of the room (and size), location, rooftop terrace, staff - it was all fantastic! Short walk to restaurants and the beach - would highly recommend!

Caterina was very hospitable and helpful with ideas of where to go and what to see! Our room was perfect in its uniqueness. The area was very accessible to Old Town wandering as well as outside the old Town. The beach below the bridge is a must do! Also the walkway along the ocean south was perfect for running. We would highly recommend this place!

In pieno centro storico struttura davvero stupenda e pulita. Parcheggio a pagamento circa 20€ a notte e colazione non inclusa sono le uniche cose che purtroppo andrebbero riviste. Rapporto qualità prezzo ok!

This is one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It was very modern and clean and probably the best location I could ever ask for. Just steps away from everything as well as the beach. The staff was incredible. We left our jewelry by accident and they were more than accommodating to make sure it got back to us. I am actually very excited to stay there again in the future!!

La stanza era molto grande e dentro una grotta. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile ad ogni bisogno. Terrazza dove potersi rilassare. Manca la colazione e la piscina ma nonostante ciò abbiamo ricevuto un buono gratis per una colazione l’ultimo giorno. Hotel in pieno centro, non raggiungibile in macchina ma hanno un parcheggio non lontano e un gold cart che ti ci accompagna.

Heart of the old town

Three night stay. Very clean cave type accommodation. Room was cool despite the hot temperatures outside.clean and comfortable.The roof terrace was great , we ate breakfast there and didn’t see anyone else despite the accommodation being full.Great views across the old town.

We enthusiastically recommend this property! Nestled right inside the ancient arch, on a quiet little street adorned with flowers and whitewashed walls, this meticulously clean and well appointed locale is simply perfect. The reception was exceptional, warm and inviting. We felt well cared for and special.

The property was situated in the heart of of everything which made it real easy to access food and shopping. It’s even easier once you recognize the alleyways to get back to your room. The property manager Catalina was exceptional. She arranged all transportations to help get us around because of language barriers. Palazzo Maringelli Is highly recommended. I would rate it a 10

Lovely place to stay for a couple of nights. Lovely room, lovely staff but think it’s not the best value for money. Not great for anyone who struggles with steep stairs. No breakfast included and overall know others who were also staying in town for a wedding that got much better value for their money (ie bigger space, breakfast included and just as central).
