“The only thing we had an issue with is the owners niece who was working the front desk. She was on her phone the whole time, didn't want to help when we asked if we could take out trash ourselves(it smelled bad while we were eating in the lobby). She didn't seem to understand what we were saying, or want to help anytime we asked a question. The cleaning lady who did the breakfast was more helpful and way friendlier. When we checked in the lady who was there was great too. Other than the owners……

“Absolutely loved this location. It was a quick walk in either direction, Mass St or KU Campus. We came for Crimson and Blue day at KU and this was the perfect place to stay for our family of three. The rooms were super cute and the whole apartment was colorful and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. Parking was a breeze and entry into the bldg & apartment was simple. Communication was prompt and thorough. We would happily stay here again for our next visit to Lawrence. ”
