I have been staying there for years! It is always top of the line and clean. The people that run it are wonderful and helpful! The beds are always the best beds I have ever slept in! It is quiet and I have never heard anybody outside or in the next room making any noise! Everything you need is right there within a block.

A room with standard amenities (microwave, fridge, hairdryer, etc.), The was an iron, but no ironing board. A comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water. Set back from Hwy 59, making it convenient for travel access. Close to a well-patronized local cafe, and to an excellent Mexican restaurant.

Best place in town!

Best place in town! Ok that’s a loaded answer, there aren’t that many options in Garnett! But for real, had a group of 12+ people stay out here on a project for 3 weeks and it was great. Convenient, clean and safe. Would definitely stay here again!

Property is older and could use some updating in spots but it was clean and smelled good. Room had a king bed that was comfortable and plenty of pillows (for one person). I'll stay there again if i end up back back in the area.

Room is cost effective but sheets are a little scratchy. Def recommend bringing own comforter if you have sensitive skin. Otherwise, it was clean, bug free and the staff were polite and happy. Rebooking for future stays!
