“A B&B that I will definitely stay again whenever I visit St. Austell. Warm, cozy and great location (it only takes less than 5 mins walking distance from St. Austell station, 10 mins walk to town centre) it's like going home as owner was friendly and warm, deco was warm and lovely, and most of all, home cooked and wide choice of breakfast was magnificent. I believe it is the worthiest place to stay with all these and amazingly low pricing charged. Big thumb up and highly recommended.”

“The owners were very friendly. A cosy place, room was clean slightly dated. The room my wife and I was in had signs of an old leak on ceiling, some repairs needed but nothing serious. Both of us found the bed a little soft for our liking. There are no restaurants close by within easy walking distance, but there are plenty of choices by car within 10 - 20 mins.”

“The owners are so friendly and helpful and want you to have a special stay, they enjoy what they do. The breakfast was fantastic in choice and quality and quantity. Our room ( room 1) was very spacious, comfortable, with amazing bathroom,( needed after camping) and I would stay again. It is very rural, so good 15 minutes drive to get an evening meal , which you should book. Lots of parking. We’d stay again”

“We stayed in February this year and the hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating. Our room was spotless and we had a huge bathroom. We just wanted a weekend away and it was perfect, we had a few ideas about what we wanted to do and where to eat but the hosts were really helpful with their suggestions. Saw lots of birds in the garden whilst we were eating our breakfast :) Thank you for a lovely stay. ”

“What a wonderful B&B. The owners greeted us on arrival, very friendly couple who showed us our parking space and helped with bags to the room. The room was bright, spacious and clean. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. Coffee and tea facilities were good. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, was a traditional English breakfast with cold options available. Would recommend to everyone, delightful property ideally located in Newquay. Thanks!”
