"This hotel situated in Poteau really surprised me. I wasn't expecting this place to be so spotlessly clean. You can tell the staff takes great pride in their work. Room was very clean, and the king bed was more than comfortable. The free breakfast in the morning was really good. The lady receptionist though new, was awesome. Can't say enough good things about this hotel. I will stay again when the time comes."

"Actually alright and staff always available and curious. Pool was empty, was very difficult to find a place during the eclipse weekend. Only available one night had to stay at much worse place it was scary place the other hotel. Was glad to have forest inn . "

"This place has crazy bad reviews for no reason, the front desk and housekeeper were super sweet. There was a cop parked the whole week I stayed and the sheriffs office of the whole county is located there in poteau not too far away either so it is a cop town in general they’ll be everywhere, I felt safe the whole time I stayed and I love that you can park directly in front of your room door. Super cute retro vibes I felt like I was staying at my grandpas house. I actually checked out and came back twice because my job kept getting delayed there and I would totally come stay again if I ever come back for work! But overall the price for the room is amazing compared to the other more expensive places I stayed at previously in the area which I did not have good experiences at. "
