“Just fell asleep an hour was bitten by bedbugs woke up, the whole body was bitten, had to go to the car to sleep”

“The first room I was put in smelled awful, like smoke even though I had booked non-smoking. The attendant acted annoyed as hell I wanted to be moved and then told me it was a $10 upcharge to be put in a downstairs room. I won't be back. ”

“The hottub was excellent. The hotel itself is loud. The town of Poteau is a college town in a sea of fast food. However, it does have the historical distinction of being location to Bonnie & Clydes last heist. If you have to stay? This is the place. For food, Willy's Warehouse Steakhouse a few blocks down.”

“Room was exceptionally clean. Hotel and property were safe. Staff were excellent! Laura at the front desk was very helpful and Shandi put together one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. Seriously. Banana nut bread waffle batter! Pigs in a blanket! Omelette! Sausage links! Scones! Healthy options as well. Keep up the good work Hampton Inn. 💋”

“Do not stay here. The place is in need of a complete remodel or torn down and started over. Carpet was frayed and dirty, furniture all chipped & worn. Bedspread had cigarette burn holes in it. Staff was not friendly or helpful. If we had not been completely exhausted from traveling I would have demanded my money back & gone elsewhere.”
