“Just fell asleep an hour was bitten by bedbugs woke up, the whole body was bitten, had to go to the car to sleep”

“Really had an excellent stay! Everything was super clean and staff was friendly. Drain in sink drained really slow but nothing that affected the stay. ”

“We had a good experience during this stay.. only complaint was the swimming pool. There was a handful of families with kiddos swimming and some rude 14 yrs old boys were unattended and being very disrespectful took over the whole pool and made it hard for the little kids in the shallow end to swim safely. I asked the staff to ask them to calm down a little bit so we all could enjoy the pool. They did nothing about it unfortunately. We picked the property because of the pool for my daughter's……

“The rooms are updated and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had two lamps not working when we checked in. We alerted the front desk and he came and fixed them right away. The house keeping service came by and offered us fresh towels etc. We requested a non-smoking room overlooking Garrison Avenue, and that is what we got. It is walking distance from dowtown Ft. Smith. This is a great hotel for the price.”

“The staff was great, my room wasn’t very impressive due to a few minor inconveniences(microwave missing the plate ring,etc.) but overall it was a decent experience. I’d be willing to give them a second chance if I’m in the area again.”

“Do not stay here. The place is in need of a complete remodel or torn down and started over. Carpet was frayed and dirty, furniture all chipped & worn. Bedspread had cigarette burn holes in it. Staff was not friendly or helpful. If we had not been completely exhausted from traveling I would have demanded my money back & gone elsewhere.”

“Clean rooms, close to food and freeway. We could hear the people upstairs walking around, including waking us up just before 3 when we had planned to leave at 0500. Looks like they’ve been updating rooms. My pre-teen was not happy that the bathroom had no lock but it didn’t become an issue as when there are 3 of you it is easy to know if someone is in the bathroom.”

“The hottub was excellent. The hotel itself is loud. The town of Poteau is a college town in a sea of fast food. However, it does have the historical distinction of being location to Bonnie & Clydes last heist. If you have to stay? This is the place. For food, Willy's Warehouse Steakhouse a few blocks down.”
