“12 of us -- 3 generations -- enjoyed the house for a long weekend. The kids braved the pool, while the adults stuck to the hot tub (weather was cool). Trips to the pond and "barn," and a guest house for those of us who enjoyed quiet while the others whooped it up in the main house. Would definitely return for another Dallas-area stay. Host was exceptionally accommodating and helpful.”

It wasn't as clean as we would have liked, but it wasn't terrible, certainly nothing we couldn't deal with easily. (Coffee maker was filled with coffee, dirty towels in the washing machine... stuff like that.) Overall, I'd recommend it.”

She was so thoughtful and provided extra towels and even solar glasses for us to use to see the eclipse! The bathrooms were a bit dated but there was always plenty of hot water. I wish there was more silverware too. We had a lot of people so we had to run the dishwasher a lot. Overall this is a great home to stay at with a large group. “Nice and spacious accommodation. Secluded for a good gathering. Just to list a couple of shortcomings that can make this to be excellent are, 1. if one of the garage's is converted into a game room with pingpong table etc. as there is huge parking space. 2. Audio system can be improved.”
