“We had a wonderful time in Mallorca and at this property! It is in a quiet area, but centrally located to reach everything we wanted to see on the island. We spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoor living space including the pool and tennis court. The kitchen was well equipped with whatever we needed to make meals. The host suggested two restaurants, one in Alaró and another in Palma. Both were fantastic! We highly recommend Andre’s beautiful home for your next vacation! ”

“We absolutely loved our stay, the location is out of this world. The host was brilliant with keeping in touch, made everything clear and even left us a couple bottles of water. The air con is in a timer so make sure you keep the doors closed in the day and it stays cool at night. We would definitely return to this property. “I’m sorely tempted to give this a bad review to keep this house a secret! It’s an absolutely lovely house - the best we’ve stayed in. Perfect situation, twominutes away from the main square. It’s right next to a really nice pizza restaurant but they close at 11 ish so the noise doesn’t bother at all. And in any case the two main bedrooms look out over the front of the house - a super quiet little street. The garage is a total bonus ( it’s so hard to park in pollensa). Brilliantly equipped, ……

"Overall I would say it's a three-four star hotels and the following are my reasons for this rating: 1) Lets begin with something positive--- the staff there were friendly and helpful. 2)It is definitely 30 seconds walking distance from the beach. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Also 10mins taxi ride from the airport. 3) The wifi is extremely unstable. I had 4G and didnt bother to ask the staff to get it sorted. 4) The bathroom inside my room smells foetid. It must be because of the poor drainage sys. 5) Some hair can be found around the floor of the room. 6) The overall interior of the room seems to be worn out or not installed properly. It didn't seem to be refurbished well enough. 7) The pool is very small! Don't be deceived by the photo. (but the sea is right in front) 8) The breakfast was nice and delicious. (With a spectacular beach view) "
