"Ha sido todo muy correcto hasta que, el último día y después del check out pedimos a Joan quedarnos un rato en la piscina. Nos dijo que por supuesto y cuando ya nos íbamos del hotel vino la mujer de Joan con muy malas formas a decirnos que no podíamos estar allí después del check out y que teníamos que pagar 10€ por adulto. Por supuesto dijimos que no pagaríamos nada, nos habían dicho que podíamos estar allí sin problema y nadie nos habló de un cargo adicional. Nos ha tratado con muy mala...
