“Communication from them was fantastic, they let you know everything you need to do to access the property. Room was lovely and clean. Directions to property were very clear (unless you're an idiot like me who doesn't read them properly!) Had one issue in the early hours of the morning as the room next door was being really noisy but I messaged the property and they sorted it out within about 5 mins. Would happily stay here again.”

“The apartment was excellent, very clean, we were very comfortable and had a good weekend, the recommendations for restaurants were good, we visited The Pearl and had a brilliant meal, we also visited Babbo, the Italian across the road and had excellent meal too. The check in and out was good and the property manual was detailed. One thing that we had trouble with was finding the apartment as the postcode wasn’t that helpful to know where it was, we didn’t know that 7 Butt Hill Court was on New……
