Durham - business stay
I stayed here for a conference. I appreciated the proximity to downtown and the gym and kitchen!

Cozy and close to worki
Great well appointed condo - loved it. I could walk to Work and enjoy Durham by foot. Will want to stay here next time in Durham!

Probably would not stay here again
I normally don’t ask to check in somewhere early but my husband was in the hospital at Duke after a very serious surgery. I wanted to just go in and put my things in the place and leave to go to the hospital. They wouldn’t let me check in not even one minute early. Not very accommodating at during a very stressful time. They wait til 3:00 on the dot to turn on the code to open the door. Also the couch is more like a bench with fabric on top of it. It was awful and it’s the only piece of furniture In the living room. Also needs a deep cleaning. There was trash behind the night stand. Also it’s right on the street and the curtain that’s at the sliding glass door doesn’t close all the way. So I didn’t care for that. I would not book here again.

Roomy, Clean, Accurate, and Easy
Staying in Durham was easy with this apartment. It was roomy and provided all that I needed to feel comfortable for an extended stay in the area. The property management was hospitable and communicative. I was pleased that the listing photos lined up with the apartment where I stayed. Full kitchen was equipped for cooking if I wanted to do so. They left shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry and dishwasher detergent for my use. The apartment was also conveniently locsted downtown and allowed for nice walks to restaurants. I would stay here again.
