“We were looking for a quiet, clean and comfortable get-away on the beach for a couple nights. From the moment I reached out to the host he was gracious, easy-going and said I was going to LOVE the Penthouse. He wasn’t kidding! The check in process was seamless, the location superb with amazing views of Hampton Beach right out the window! The condo was perfect in size for us and was filled with all the amenities of home! Great appliances, furniture, bedding and linens. Comfortable AC units……

“The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.”

“This cottage is great and has everything that you need. We stayed here for a month and it felt like a home away from home. The owners are receptive and respond right away if you need anything. You cannot beat the location as you can be at the beach every day in just minutes. We hope to return in the future!”

“Barnacle Bay is located in the perfect spot for ease of access to all Hampton Beach has to offer. Its easy to find and is a 5 minute walk to Ocean Ave and the beach. While located close to everything and to the surrounding homes and rentals, it is extremely quiet. Manie and Leslie were super responsive. Checking in was easy. Our unit parking spot was in a parking lot directly around the corner, so not on premises, but was not at all an issue. The unit was clean and updated. We couldnt……
