The location is on a busier street then we originally thought but the overall house is nice and the backyard was nice for our dog to run around and the outdoor seating was nice on to have on the nice days. I did find the kitchen was lacking some supplies, there seemed to be a lot of spoons but no knives and there was only 1 frying pan but overall nice place to stay.”

My friend and I booked the space for a weekend, despite reading the previous reviews, thinking it could not be that bad. The house was overwhelmingly musty, there was mold up into the windowsills, the carpeting felt damp to walk on, and least of all the beds were hard and uncomfortable. We left after one night. “We arrived and didnt know what to expect. Everyone proceeded to choose the room that seemed to just fit. We enjoyed the opportunity to sit fireside and plan our days and even had a cook out. Nobody had any complaint about the house. If it were my property i would suggest a no shoes policy. I cant think of any other place i would prefer to stay . It was safe, the neighbors were very nice and our host was the best. Thank you for everything.”

“This space is as noted and just a sweet spot! We appreciated the acoustic nature of the room as we played and recorded some music . Our main attraction was Hozier at SPAC and this was a great place to land after the show! Thank you helping with the chemical smell I do recommend unscented laundry soap and more natural cleaning projects!”

“Our trip to Albany included parents, grandparents, young kids, and a toddler. The house is well- laid out and looks recently updated. There are toys for young kids, plenty of kitchenware, linens, and towels. The beds are comfortable and the hot water stayed hot. Very good vacation spot.”

“Very nicely renovated older home and kept very clean. Couches and bed were comfortable. The AC unit is fairly loud but it worked well. The immediate area is a little rundown but it didn't really feel unsafe. Very close to Dunkin donuts and a grocery store (walking distance) and there are a good amount of restaurants and bars within 5-10 minutes. “We enjoyed the holiday weekend with our grandchildren. The house although not air conditioned was cool enough with all of the fans strategically placed. The home was stocked well stocked with dry goods, paper products and all the utensils need for meal time. We were all very happy. Thank you”
