“Cozy, clean, quiet little place. Enjoyed our stay!”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Very well stocked kitchen if you want to stay in and cook meals. Keurig and Nespresso machines were great as well as variety of coffees, sweeteners, creamers! This unit is in a great location and Liz, one of the owners, was so nice and easy to get in touch with! Will stay here again.”

“Stayed here for our daughters graduation from Utah State. Perfect location yo my daughter and sine’s apartment! We moved from South Jordan in January returning for USU graduation! This house was perfect for all of us. Plenty of space, great toys for the little in our family, and many charging cords for every type of electronic we had. Fully equipped kitchen allowed for us to make quick meals! Will stay again when we return yo visit our children!”

“We had been planning this trip for some time. After living in the neighborhood roughly 10 years ago we knew there was plenty to love about it but this rental really set us in the right place to take full advantage of it. Just a few blocks from Liberty park, Park Cafe, 900 south, and easily accessible to 215 made this place just ideal. The house is small but suited our needs just fine. We'll definitely stay here again given the opportunity”

“We chose this location to have a little more space for family verses what we might get in a hotel, even though it was a bit distant from our destination. It is a three bedroom, 1 bath apartment. The apartment is clean, has a full kitchen, the beds were comfortable, and everything works well. We even used the fireplace in the evenings while watching movies. “Our entire family came to watch March Madness and chose a VRBO over a hotel to save some money. This house was perfect. It’s located centrally so everywhere we went wasn’t very far. The house is very clean and the beds are simply AMAZING!!!! Everyone had the same comments that we all need one of those at home along with the pillows and linens. “Such a sweet little cabin at magical Sundance”

“We choose this location due to the ease driving to Brighton/Solitude and Snowbird. Very quiet neighborhood. 2 other units share the walls/roof. I did hear our upstairs neighbors getting up in AM. Close to Smith’s, Sprouts, and Costco. Plenty parking. No dishwasher. Streaming TV = no live local channels. Good communication with owner. Will come back again.”

“I give it 4.5 stars. Only downsides were that it's on a very busy street. This is manageable once you locate the property and time the light properly. I was never bothered by street noise. The bathroom is very clean but old so there's no vanity space and the shower can be slightly tricky to navigate. Water pressure is amazing. Kitchen is well equipped and has been updated. Living and dining areas were quite spacious for a small house. Beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer were handy...

“The house remained cold and they did not give the key for the heating”

“When we arrived the garbage was overflowing and smelled the whole tiny house up. Texted host and she said to get the garabage cans from the curb and do it ourselfs with no apologie. They will not refund your money. Terrible!”

“We have stayed in a few condos all over the west coast and this condo is by far one of the best. It has a beautiful view of DT, it’s cute and just the right size. It’s a quick walk over to the Delta center (main reason for our trip to SLC) we highly recommend this unit for your future trips to SLC, I know we will be back!”
