"From Roberto at the front desk when I first arrived made sure I would be able to enjoy my stay. My room was always clean and some special touches. The Grand Palladium catered to all guests, young and old. The beaches were kept amazingly clean. The food was great, the a la carte restaurants were easy to book and had great food. Any issues that came up were dealt with in a professional manner. "

"The options for dining and entertainment were excellent. The staff are very friendly and ready to help with anything. There are good options for excursions but you don’t need to leave the resort to have a great time. "

"I spent my time in the beautiful Caribbean Sea at the adult only area. There were plenty of lounge chairs and close enough to the poolside bar. In conversation with another fellow traveler, he mentioned the buffet at Siam Kaan, which was just amazing. The area is also adult only, the buffet is smaller, but the selection was superb."

To start, Eduardo & Alonso who took us to our room and helped us with our bags both checking in and checking out very quickly became friends we looked forward to seeing throughout the week. Lisandra with the butler service at our villa was so caring and kind and her smile brightened our days. Antonio (aka Silvertooth) with the bartending service was such a pleasure to interact with. Carlos was our server at El Gaucho and while the food itself was absolutely phenomenal there, Carlos made the experience that much more enjoyable; he seems to love his job and his customers immensely. Lastly, Enrique at the front desk made the check in process so smooth and got us excited to start our much needed vacation. All of these staff members are a phenomenal addition to the team here at TRS Yucatan. Thanks again for an amazing trip!"

"Check in was the worst part almost 2 hrs & maybe 4 couples in front of us. No refreshments at check in. Other than that it was amazing!!!!! Would definitely go again. If I can be notified of deals I would make it my next destination!"

"Beautiful resort! Very clean, good food, great themed restaurants. Has sandy beach areas as well as snorkeling areas. Great service! Only negative is that the atm fees (Only give out US$) are super high, they don’t exchange Can$ (even though half the guests are Canadian), and they give a very poor return on US$. Get pesos elsewhere and enjoy a great resort👍"
