Usually exceptional. Best thing about staying at the Kahler is that when something is not up to expectation, the staff go above and beyond to make it right. And that is what makes all the difference. I will continue to recommend this hotel.

It is an older building, room needed updating and the elevator was old and dirty. The food was ok at manager’s reception, breakfast didn’t have many choices. No frills at this hotel. I would not stay there again. For the same price I would find a better hotel.

Hotel is great! Very clean, large rooms with blackout shades. We used the shuttle to Mayo Clinic and it was very easy to use. Highly recommend.
