"IBB Beach Mansion was the perfect venue for a family celebration of dad's 90th birthday. The million dollar ocean view is everywhere! Plenty of space to spread out, comfy rooms, impressive decks, and relaxing hot tub to unwind. The modern kitchen is well stocked and big enough for multiple chefs and peanut gallery. Small touches like the coffee bar turned out to be surprisingly popular. We'll be back!"

"Very nice. Even tho it’s sandwiched between two commercial properties, there is a real sense of privacy both in the house and hot tub/backyard area. We also enjoyed the ocean facing sun room which can be closed off from the rest of the house."

The ocean view, sunset and, by good fortune, an early morning spectacular sighting of a Harvest Moon over the Pacific were highlights for the property. Also neat, as East Coasters to have the Coastal Mountains with evergreens relatively close to the beach. "
