"Aside from not being able to really see the ocean from the house (small view from the primary bedroom balcony) there's nothing to find fault in with this rental. Literally a 1 minute walk to the beach, super wide flat beaches for walks. We had a great time, house was very new feeling (maybe under adorned, but that's fine), closet full of games, comfortable beds. "We stayed for a long weekend for a girls trip and it was great. Lots of beds, bathrooms, large couch and table to accommodate a large crowd."

"The house was wonderful. It was clean and well stocked. We loved the hot tub and direct access to the beach. You don’t hear the noise from the road behind it at all. My one criticism would be the pack’n play was ancient and almost impossible to put together. Other than that- it was excellent! I would absolutely go back with the kids or just for an adult getaway."

"Loved the house. Cozy and well stocked kitchen. Property management not helpful with TV issue at all. They obviously only have records of the house but no experience with it. When I asked for help they told me the house only had one TV and I assured them it had two. Long story short, I figured it out myself. Other than that it was a sweet house and I would come again!!"

"This little beachtown place to stay is just as pictured. It has everything you need, very comfortable bed and pillows, modern furnishings and a convenient location. "Right on the beach. Loved we could walk over and grab happy hour (gluten free clam chowder). Local bakery had a few gluten free options. The kitchen had most of the basics. If you plan on cooking plan accordingly. Would rent again."

"Great location. Right near the beach. Good size kitchen. Lots of sleeping areas, but most is upstairs in a kids loft. The hot tub was dirty, slimy and had a ring around the tub. Backyard was fun with a fire pit. Couldn't make the record player work, the needle doesn't make contact."

"Great house for stormy days at beach"

"Had a fantastic stay in Rockaway, the place was small but more than enough for myself and my pup. View was amazing and enjoyed my evenings most with the windows open listing to the waves. Place was spotless and had obviously been recently refreshed/cleaned. Bed was comfortable, and I actually spent most of my time on the pull out bed in the main room because I loved the open feeling of the living room. All in all was a great time."
