“As described, good stay”

“Stayed for a few days in July of 2025. Property was clean, spacious and had access to a great pool and amenities. Good central location, lots of stuff within a short walk or Uber. We were happy with the space and would stay here if traveling to Louisville again. Tyler the host responded quickly to questions I had. ”

“It's located on a main street in the city but the noise wasn't bad. Neighbors and traffic were quiet. It was conveniently located to the airport and expo center. I appreciated the hand soap in every restroom and in the kitchen.We had plenty of space for my family of four. My two boys had their own bedrooms. I think the house is fitting for the price, location and space! ”

“The whole experience was amazing! The accommodations were clean and had everything we needed for our trip. We spent the week on the Bourbon Trail, so the Bourbon Bungalou was the perfect choice. The game yard was full of awesome things to play, but after going to the Neat bourbon bar (a must for bourbon lovers) just outside and eating out at all the restaurants just down the street we were too full and tired to make use of them. Small hiccup with the internet during our stay, but staff took care...

“Our stay was lovely. The bed was comfy and shower was super hot. Surprisingly airy for a studio and very conveniently located. A paid parking lot is right across the alley or free street parking around the corner. It had all we needed and we would definitely stay again! ”

“Accommodations are awesome. Neighborhood crime rate seems to be a little higher than most areas. But this was made up for by all the great places to eat within walking distance.”

“A lovely, quiet neighborhood, treehouse views from the upper apartment and lots of light and comfy furnishings. We had a great stay and felt Chris was an excellent host, eager to assist in any way. Be prepared to provide your own coffee and have a brief walk through to receive the entry code and a walk through of home systems.”

“The building is definitely a bit shabby and not as pristine as it looked in the pictures The apartment was very nice and very roomy. It’s decorated minimalist but it works! The bathroom was great and the shower was nice. Comfy bed and big bedroom! Overall clean neat and comfortable for me! 5/5 ”
