From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the incredibly friendly and helpful staff who made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The ambiance of the hotel is modern yet cozy, making it feel like a home away from home. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed, offering both comfort and style. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after long days of exploring. I especially loved the attention to detail, from the plush towels to the high-quality toiletries provided. One of the standout features of Ottavia Residence Hotel is its location. It’s conveniently situated near many key attractions, making it easy to explore the city without hassle. Despite being in such a prime location, the hotel itself is incredibly quiet and peaceful, allowing for a perfect retreat after a busy day. The amenities are top-notch as well. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the common areas, including the lounge. One of the most convenient aspects of staying at Ottavia Residence Hotel is the Pewex supermarket located right on the ground floor. This made it incredibly easy to pick up groceries and any essentials without having to leave the building. Prior to arrival it wasn’t stated how to check in. The building is above a grocery store attached to a strip mall that’s very difficult to access at first. The area was quite a ways from Rome City Center and taxis were very upset taking us out to the residence.

Boa estadia, mas me senti abandonada.

Bom o apartamento, mas num prédio residencial. Não me senti acolhida e respeitada como hóspede. Tive grandes dificuldades para entrar até mesmo no prédio, pois desconhecia totalmente o sistema de chaves/códigos de acesso e precisei recorrer a diversas pessoas estranhas à situação de hospedagem, com todas as limitações do idioma. Não havia ninguém da recepção para me atender, ainda que eu tenha chegado dentro do horário informado da administração, e no telefone indicado para táxi (e Telegram) ninguém atendia. No subsolo há um supermercado com diversas opções de alimentação e atende até 21:00 horas. Para o deslocamento até a estação mais próxima caminhávamos cerca de 20 minutos, mas havia um ônibus que passava nas imediações.
