With its 55 m² and an impressive 8 m² terrace, this apartment is presented as a bright and spacious place. From the terrace, you can delight in captivating views of the sea, the mountains and the picturesque town, creating a perfect setting for your moments of outdoor relaxation. The careful decoration and furniture on the terrace will allow you to enjoy the beauty of the surroundings in total comfort. In addition, you will find amenities such as iron, satellite television and the convenience of having outdoor parking in the same building. The open-plan kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, gives you the freedom to prepare your favorite meals. Among the appliances available are a refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine and coffee maker, providing you with everything you need for your stay. It is important to note that sheets and towels have an additional cost and are not included in the reservation price. The privileged location puts you just 300 meters from the charming town of Roses and 600 meters from the beautiful sandy beach, allowing you to explore the city on foot.
